My Cravings Are Gone

My focus, concentration and energy became much more consistent. My biggest shift is my energy level. I have always been high energy, a type “A” personality. But my diet was filled with carbs and sugars. Instead, I’m discovering I can have pasta made with squash that still has the same sauce and sausages, meat and mushrooms mixed in. Instead of those potatoes I enjoyed at my favorite breakfast hangout, I switched to a side of avocado to go along with my ham, cheddar cheese and avocado omelet, giving me a double dose of avocado, a food that’s on top of the food chain for this diet.
