You can easily incorporate them into you diet by whizzing them up in your morning smoothie or sprinkling them on top of soups or salads.

Here are five super-seeds you should add to your daily diet immediately:

1. Pumpkin seeds

2. Hemp seeds

Theses seeds are great for weight loss and brain function.

Hemp contains almost 12 grams of protein in just 3 tbsp – which helps boost muscle growth – and omega 3, which helps burn fat in the body.

3. Chia seeds

These tiny seeds can easily be added to any meal or smoothie and the are great for weight loss.

Chia seeds are full of fibre, magnesium, potassium, iron and are low in fat. They will help suppress your appetite and leave you feeling energised for longer.

4. Sunflower seeds

These are great sprinkled on a salad or soup. Sunflower seeds are so beneficial because they are filled with vitamin E, which acts as a powerful antioxidant.

They are also packed with magnesium, which helps to energise you leading to higher calorie burn.

5. Flax seeds

These tiny powerhouses are one of the best sources of omega 3.

Omega 3 fats help your body burn fat, and regulatse insulin levels in the body. They also contain plenty of iron, protein and fibre.
