French chocolatier Saveur & Nature has released a limited Christmas edition from its travel retail exclusive brand Les Chocolats de Pauline.
The seasonal selection includes 125g Assortment Boxes and 250g Gift Bags of marzipan and orangette treats with 70% dark chocolate.
A 16-piece gift box (125g) offers dark chocolate-covered caramels and ganache in rum, whisky, Cognac, calvados and kirsch flavours while the 25-piece Chef’s Selection of dark and milk chocolates (200g) offers ten flavours including Sea Salt Caramel and Coffee Ganache.
The 125g Pauline Christmas gift box features eight ganache in dark and strawberry flavours along with four hazelnut and four almond-pistachio pralines. The brand’s traditional Advent Calendar (190g) includes 24 chocolates with flavours including blackcurrant, passionfruit and four spices.

As reported, Eric Carlier was appointed Saveurs & Nature Travel Retail Director last year. Carlier joined the company after over 19 years with French premium chocolate specialist Valrhona to spearhead the development of Les Chocolats de Pauline.
Carlier and Saveurs & Nature Founder Jean Michel Mortreau outlined plans to extend Les Chocolats de Pauline’s footprint in travel retail earlier this year.
